FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed are the method for preparation of nutrient medium and a method for obtaining liquid microbiological agent for combating phytopathogenic diseases. The method for obtaining liquid nutrient medium involves mixing beet molasses with water in a given ratio and adding nitroammophosky to the mixture in a given amount. The nutrient medium is subjected to fractional sterilization. The method for obtaining microbial agent for combating fusariosis of agricultural crops provides for the introduction of antagonist strains into the resulting nutrient medium and incubation for 3-5 days. Inoculation of a sterile nutrient medium with cultures with a bacterial titer of 109 CFU/ml, mixing and cultivation for 48-72 hours at 30-35 °C and constant aeration to obtain monocultures is carried out. The resulting liquid monocultures are mixed in equal proportions to achieve a total titer of 109 CFU/ml of viable bacteria. As antagonist bacteria Paenibacillus jamilae VKPM (Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms) В-13016 strain, Paenibacillus peoriae VKPM В-13017 strain, Paenibacillus peoriae VKPM В-13018 strain, Paenibacillus peoriae VKPM В-13019 strain, Paenibacillus peoriae VKPM В-13020 strain, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens VKPM В-13021 strain, Paenibacillus jamilae VKPM В-13022 strain, Paenibacillus polymyxa VKPM В-13023 strain, Paenibacillus peoriae VKPM В-13048 strain and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens VKPM В-13024 strain are used.
