FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. There are presented strains of spore-forming antagonist bacteria with antifusary activity (versions), a biopreparation for protection of agricultural crops against fusariosis, a method for making a biopreparation and a method of protecting agricultural crops from fusariosis. Biopreparation includes a combination of the presented strains, wherein it contains not less than 108 CFU/g of viable antagonist bacteria and has residual moisture content of not more than 10 %. Method for preparing the biopreparation involves solid-phase cultivation of the presented strains on a nutrient substrate. Method of protecting crops includes isolating fungi of the genus Fusarium from samples collected on fields, selecting the strains of spore-forming bacteria-antagonists most actively suppressing strains of fungi of the genus Fusarium, preparing the biopreparation and treating the biopreparation with sowing material. Invention provides expansion of arsenal of strains of spore-forming bacteria-antagonists with antifusary activity and biopreparations aimed at effective fight against fusariosis, as well as provide during manufacture of biopreparation possibility of using a medium with a simple composition with high output of the finished product and stability of the obtained biopreparation during storage.

EFFECT: what is presented are strains, a biopreparation, a biopreparation production method and a method for biological protection of crops against fusariosis.
