FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and more specifically to machine tool construction and devices for converting rotational motion into oscillatory reciprocating, for example, in machines performing processing by electrochemical methods. The oscillator contains a housing in the cavity of which a crank is mounted on two conical angular contact bearings, made in the form of a shaft with an eccentrically displaced cylindrical section, on which a connecting rod is mounted, in the head of which a hole is made to accommodate a liner with an external spherical surface and with a cylindrical hole for installing in it the outer rings of two conical angular contact bearings of the connecting rod, the inner rings of which are mounted on the cylindrical surface of the eccentric section of the crank. The crank to ensure its rotation is connected to the engine and has an axial hole and radial holes communicating with it. In the housing there is a gear pump consisting of a discharge and suction sections, each of which contains a gear connected to a crank and forming a gearing with the corresponding wheel. These sections are isolated from each other by a partition, in addition, the housing is provided with an elastic cuff covering the connecting rod pillar and fixed by means of a cover relative to the housing to form a sealed cavity, connected by a hose through the suction section to the oil tank, connected by another hose to the discharge section of the gear pump, which is communicated by means of the axial and radial holes of the crank with the bearings of the crank and the connecting rod. The connecting rod head has a section parallel to the crank axis and a threaded connection installed transversely to the section with the possibility of changing the gap between the cylindrical hole in the connecting rod head and the liner. The insert in the connecting rod head can have two oppositely arranged vertical grooves in which the collets are installed, pivotally connected to the holes in the connecting rod head.
EFFECT: increase in the rigidity of the oscillator and an improvement in the temperature regime is achieved by using a lubrication system that provides reliable heat removal, the electrochemical processing process becomes more stable.
