Abstract RU 2751531 C1

FIELD: combustion apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stoker furnace. A stoker furnace (1) comprised of a feeder (4), a drying section (11), a combustion section (12), an aftercombustion section (13) and an outlet chute (17), wherein the stoker furnace includes: a front arch (31) extending from the top part of the feeder (4) to the top part of the drying section (11) or the combustion section (12); a rear arch (32) extending from the top part of the outlet chute (17) to the top part of the aftercombustion section (13) or the combustion section (12); and a rectangular furnace tube wall (33), wherein the configuration of the wall guides the exhaust gas generated by incineration of the object (B) subject to incineration as waste. For the main surfaces of each of the drying section (11), the combustion section (12) and the aftercombustion section (13) to be directed to the main combustion section (M) created above the combustion section (12), the drying section (11) is inclined so that the downstream side in the transporting direction is directed downward, the combustion section (12) is inclined so that the downstream side in the transporting direction is directed upward, and the aftercombustion section (13) is connected with the combustion section and is inclined so that the downstream side in the transporting direction is directed upward.

EFFECT: provided are possibility of continuous loading of an object subject to incineration as waste, regardless of the properties of the object subject to incineration as waste, efficient combustion and ash formation in the entire stoker and excluded incineration of the remains of the object subject to incineration as waste.
