Dog fins consisting of a fixating pad, attachment belts, a thigh harness and a finger harness intended to fix the paws of the dog to provide working function of the mechanism, as well as oars, characterised by the fact that the oars are connected with the fixating pad by a hinge joint, and the fixating pad is equipped with stops preempting development of declination of the oars caused by a hydrodynamic attack on a body of water in order to reproduce a driving force. The oar is therein made with a conical protrusion serving as a confuser in order to open the oar to execute a hydrodynamic attack on the body of water in order to reproduce the driving force.
