FIELD: aircrafts.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to aviation and pertains to command centres for manual control of an aircraft, particularly, of a single-rotor helicopter. The command centre for manual control of an aircraft has a steering wheel configured to move in the longitudinal plane in the forward-backward direction and to rotate around the longitudinal axis thereof in the left-right direction. The steering wheel is configured to execute pitch control of the aircraft due to the described movement of the steering wheel in the forward-backward direction. The steering wheel is configured to execute roll control of the aircraft due to the described rotation of the steering wheel in the left-right direction. The steering wheel has two handles, a left one and a right one, configured to interact with the left and right hands of the pilot. At least one of said handles of the steering wheel, e.g. the right one, is therein configured to rotate around the longitudinal axis thereof.
EFFECT: purpose of the claimed invention is facilitation of piloting of a helicopter and reduction of time required for training pilots; control of the helicopter should therein be comfortable and natural.
