FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly to apparatuses for cutting, crushing long-stemmed forage crops and conservation of forage. The machine is comprised of a frame 1 with a lower bar 2 and an upper bar 3, sidewalls 4, fasteners 35 for attachment of the linkage mechanism 36 to the vehicle 37 and a screen 31. Rollers 6 with disks 8 provided with protrusions 15 with curvilinear sections 16 and rectilinear sections 17 separated by intermediate rings 9, additional intermediate rings 10 arranged in pairs on adjacent rollers 6, made with equal height between the rings and equipped with pins 23, are installed in front of the screen 31. The screen 31 is installed at an angle to the rollers 6 providing reflection of the crushed plant mass downwards, and is equipped with an unloading hole 32 with a loader 33 installed between the screen 31 and the vehicle 37. Cleaners 30 of the rollers 6, made in form of vertical plates installed at an angle to the intermediate rings 9 to ensure the removal of the crushed plant mass from the area of the rollers 6 are installed on the frame 1. Additional intermediate rings 10 made in form of a ratchet freewheel clutch and of a height equal to the height of the disks 8 and the intermediate rings 9. The disks 8 are made composite forming a cavity inside the disk 8. The protrusions 15 of the disks 8 in the rectilinear section 17 thereof have pointed blades 18 mounted parallel to the axis of rotation of the roller 6.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows reducing material consumption, increasing reliability of operation of parts and collecting the crushed plant mass for the preparation of forage.
