SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for automatic opening and closing of window sashes for natural ventilation of rooms with a controlled climate in the absence of air conditioning systems. It can be used in residential, office, industrial premises, greenhouses, vehicles for automatic ventilation of premises and maintenance of established climatic parameters (temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide content). The device makes it possible to optimize the mode of natural ventilation of premises in the absence of air conditioning systems. The device contains an electric drive based on a gear motor, an electronic control unit that includes digital sensors for monitoring climate parameters and a sensor that regulates the position of the sash, and the corresponding software, a flexible drive that transmits force from the gear motor to the sash. According to the invention, a profile flexible guide with variable stiffness, made of a polymer, metal or composite material, is used as a flexible drive, while one end of the guide is fixed to a fixed part of the window, and the gear motor fixed to the movable window sash, moves along the flexible guide on the principle of rack and pinion or flexible transmission, opening or closing the window in accordance with the program which is regulated by the specified initial and variable current climatic parameters received from the sensors to the control unit.

EFFECT: possibility to optimize the mode of natural ventilation of premises in the absence of air conditioning systems.
