FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an electric drive based on a gear motor with a rotation shaft rigidly mounted on the frame of the greenhouse, a microcontroller-based gearmotor control unit with an electronic temperature sensor and a motor-reducer consumption current meter and two flexible rods that transmit force from the motor-reducer shaft to two air vents opened by a spring and/or gravity. Flexible rods are made in the form of slings wound by the wide side of the sling in one direction on a pulley rigidly connected to the shaft of a gearmotor, whose width is equal to or greater than the width of the sling, the first ends of the flexible rods are joined together and fixed without sliding on the pulley, and the second ends of the flexible rods are separated and attached to the vents using an elastic element. Device contains adjustment of the length of each of the flexible rods and at least two rollers that guide the flexible rods in such a way that the flexible rods move together from the pulley to the rollers and separately from the rollers to the vents. Airing modes differ in different opening and closing temperatures of the vents. Program code of the microcontroller ensures that the gearmotor is periodically turned on in the direction of the vent opening at a temperature above the optimal range and the gearmotor is periodically turned on in the direction of the vent closing at a temperature below the optimum range. Duration of each switching on of the gearmotor in the direction of closing the air vents is chosen so that it must be longer than the activation period in the direction of opening of the air vents, and less than the time of one revolution of the shaft of the gearmotor. Activation period of the gearmotor is designed so that it is sufficient to establish the temperature in the greenhouse with the required accuracy. Number of inclusions of the gearmotor in the opening direction of the vents provides an opening angle of not more than 90°, and the number of switching-ons of the gearmotor in the direction of closing the vents provides a tight closing of the vents, which is determined by the control unit to increase the current consumption of the gearbox motor.
EFFECT: device allows you to adjust the temperature inside the greenhouse structure in the values specified by the program in accordance with the temperature sensor and eliminates the need to go into the greenhouse for the sake of managing the ventilation system.
