SUBSTANCE: invention group relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an agent for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease selected from diseases including high cholesterol levels, high blood sugar levels, to reduce visceral fat, to lower cholesterol, to lower LDL cholesterol, and/or blood glucose and/or blood triglycerides, to reduce oxidative stress and/or to reduce the accumulation of fat in hepatocytes, to treat and/or prevent fatty liver disease. Following substances are presented: transparent, stable solubilizate containing: curcumin in an amount of 3 to 7 wt.%, boswellic acid in an amount of 4.7 to 10 wt.% and/or xanthohumol in an amount of 1 to 10 wt.%, polysorbate 80, or polysorbate 20 or a mixture of polysorbate 20 and polysorbate 80, where the polysorbate content is from 79 to 88 wt.%; a capsule for the treatment and/or prevention of the above diseases, filled with a solubilizate; liquid for the treatment and/or prevention of the above diseases, containing a solubilizate; a method of treating or preventing the above diseases; method of obtaining solubilizate (options).
EFFECT: above solubilizate has good transparency, is characterized by high bioavailability of curcumin, is effective for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease selected from diseases including high cholesterol, high blood sugar, to reduce visceral fat, to lower cholesterol, to lower LDL cholesterol, and/or blood glucose, and/or blood triglycerides, to reduce oxidative stress and/or to reduce the accumulation of fat in hepatocytes, to treat and/or prevent fatty liver disease.
