SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and can be used in a ship course control system. The device for emergency braking of the vessel using the rudder and circulation consists of a heading control unit, a navigation unit, a main engine operating mode control unit (MECU), an emergency steering unit, an emergency control unit for the main engine (MEECU) and a heading and speed change unit (SCU) of the vessel. The SCU block is equipped with a fourteenth input, through which a control signal is supplied to the zero input - R of the trigger, and a thirteenth output, through which a signal from the output - T of the trigger is supplied. The MEECU block is equipped with the tenth input, through which the signal is fed to the first input of the "I" element and the eleventh input, through which the signal is fed to the "STOP" set of the engine (3stop). The MECU block is equipped with a third input, through which a signal is fed to the input of the "OR" element. The thirteenth output of the SCU is connected to the tenth input of the MEECU, with the third input of the MECU. The fourth output of the SCU is connected to the eleventh input of the MEECU. The fourteenth input of the SCU is connected to the ninth output of the MEECU.

EFFECT: decreases "run-out" of the vessel and increases the efficiency of emergency braking.
