FIELD: biomechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomechanics, in particular to methods for using human muscle energy involving main muscle groups. A method consists in the fact that user’s hands and pelvis are fixed motionlessly on a frame. On the upper part of the body, one of sides of traction transmission elements is fixed, which are connected with the driving axis by the other side through curled pulleys, which provide a smooth increase in the gear ratio of the drive.
EFFECT: increased power and speed of movement.
