FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to methods of muscular movement. The method involves the movement lying upside down using movable rolling or sliding supports, when the user's body is supported by the front surface on a lounger attached to the frame. The user's limbs are provided with repellents. In the front part, a cantilevered headrest is connected to the lounger. Foot pushers are equipped with small movable supports and replaceable hitching pins. The user's hands are equipped with pushers or a stick for playing ice hockey or asphalt.
EFFECT: simplification of movement is achieved.
