SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to multi-layered apparatuses and to a method for production thereof. The preform for a self-assembling multi-layered apparatus with double-sided protection of information against falsification includes a rectangular base with lamination windows located one above the other, with layers located on the inside, folding perforation under each lamination window, wherein information carrier layers with forming notches applied thereto are placed in the two upper lamination windows, an adhesive coating separated from the base by a protective layer is applied on the reverse side of each of the information carrier layers adjacent to the surface of the preform, and transparent laminating layers with forming notches and an adhesive coating applied thereto, located on the front side of each laminating transparent layer and covered with a protective layer, are placed in the two lower windows, a print is made on the carrier layer using elements of security printing.

EFFECT: possibility of producing a self-assembling multi-layered apparatus with high accuracy of layer alignment and double-sided protection of information against falsification in the interlayer spaces of the article without using such auxiliary devices as laminators.
