SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-user transmission, wherein according to the invention transmission is executed involving a set of terminals simultaneously. The communication equipment comprises a communication section configured to transmit and receive radio signal, and a control section configured to control operation as a base station, transmits a frame containing scheduling information relative to a scheduled transmission from the home station and receivable by another radio communication terminal, and receives the scheduling information relative to the scheduled information about another base station. The scheduled transmission comprises uplink multi-user transmission and the scheduling information comprises information relative to frame transmission scheduling to induce uplink multi-user transmission.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of communication equipment and a communication method for implementing multi-user radio communication.
