FIELD: press-forging equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to press-forging equipment. The press contains a seven-way lever mechanism consisting of a rack mounted on the frame, a crank and a working slider, movably mounted on the rack, and a control slider. The crank and the working slider are pivotally connected by means of a breaking connecting rod in the form of upper and lower knees. The control slider is connected by an auxiliary rocker arm to the lower knee of the breaking connecting rod and is installed in the rack guides with the possibility of moving from one stationary position to carry out working strokes of the press to another position to transfer the press to idle mode. In the position to ensure idle operation, the control slider is located motionless. In this case, the working slider has the ability to move between its upper position and the lower position corresponding to the location of the auxiliary rocker arm in a straight line with the side of the lower knee of the lever with idle return.
EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of the press.
