SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to develop a treatment block with shrinking ore at an insufficiently steep angle of incidence. A method for mining a treatment block with sublevel ore shrinkage at an insufficiently steep angle of incidence, including driving a scraper drift, a ventilation drift, rising beams and ore passes, breaking and shrinking ore in the block. At the same time, after chipping, partial release and shrinking of the ore of the lower sublevel, a pillar is left at the level of the sublevel outlet, which serves to support the rocks of the hanging side and the bottom for the upper sublevel, while in the pillar, branches are cut through which the chipped ore of the upper sublevel is released to the leveled the surface of the store-bought ore of the lower sublevel, along which it is scraped into the ore opening compartment of the rising one, moreover, below the pillar, a passage is made for people with a height of at least 1.8 m and a width of at least 0.8 m by mining the rocks of the hanging side. Further, as the ore of the upper part is cleared and stored, partial and general releases of the upper sublevel ore are carried out, after which the pillar is repaid and the release of the magnetized ore of the lower sublevel is performed.

EFFECT: creation of a mining system with ore shrinking and dividing the treatment block in height into two sublevels, leaving the sublevel pillar without making a sublevel drift.
