METHOD FOR DEVELOPING LOW-POWERED STEEL ORE BODIES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E21C41/22

Abstract RU 2757619 C1

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for excavation with relatively sustained elements of occurrence of low-power steeply dipping ore bodies in difficult mining-geological and mining-technical conditions - great depth of development, high rock pressure, medium-resistant or rock burst hazardous enclosing rocks and ore. The method for development by a system with shrinking includes preparation and cutting of a block, breaking, forming an artificial massif of chipped ore in the form of a vertical column inside the store, and releasing ore from the artificial massif after the full release of the gagged ore. For shallow ore bodies, block cutting includes driving an ore drift on the haulage horizon and ore drill drifts on the sublevels. The ore body is broken off by horizontal sidetracks in parallel with contiguous wells drilled from sublevel drifts, with the storage of the broken off ore in the worked-out space. Partial extraction and delivery of ore along sublevel drifts is carried out to create a compensation space for blasting subsequent rows of wells in the sublevel. After crushing and shrinking the ore at the upper sublevel, the ore body is mined in descending order, repeating these works on the subsequent sublevels until the block is completely demolished.

EFFECT: increasing the development efficiency by increasing labor productivity, reducing the cost of ore mining, improving the safety of work and the quality of the ore being delivered.
