FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical devices, in particular to electric circuit breakers with separable electrical contacts. This electric circuit breaker with separable electrical contacts contains a fixed electrical contact and a movable electrical contact that can be displaced between the open and closed positions and contains several electrical contact fingers (30) aligned in a row that can be displaced relatively to the movable electrical contact and several support elements (40, 40'), each of which is connected to contact finger (30) to apply force to this contact finger to displace it. Support elements (40') connected to contact fingers (30) located in lateral end areas (E1, E2) of the row have a higher stiffness than support elements (40) connected to contact fingers (30) located in central part (C1) of the row.
EFFECT: providing a low-voltage electric circuit breaker with separable contacts, provided with movable contact fingers, made with the possibility to work with high-strength electric currents and increased mechanical wear resistance.
