FIELD: vehicle maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vehicle maintenance, namely to washing equipment, mainly for washing the caterpillar belts of the undercarriage of tracked transport vehicles. The installation for washing caterpillar tracks contains a line for supplying a washing liquid with a pumping unit, a metal structure with a control panel mounted on it, pneumatic and hydraulic piping of a washing liquid, a washing chamber. The washing chamber consists of side walls, a rear wall, motorized doors, a motorized roof and a container installed in its lower part for collecting/accumulating washing liquid. The driven support roller is connected to the drive mechanism and is kinematically connected to the electric motor through a gearbox and a clutch. Mounted on the side walls in the upper part of the washing chamber is a stationary fire hose and a movable fire hose connected to a movable support of the pneumatic cylinder for inlet/outlet of a movable fire hose into the working area of the washing chamber; on the rear wall of the washing chamber, under the driven support roller, the central water hose; end nozzles on the inner surface of mechanized doors.

EFFECT: high-quality and automated technological process of cleaning a set of caterpillar belts.
