SUBSTANCE: invention relates to platforms of an Online to Offline (O2O) service. The method for identifying intoxicated customers on the platform of an O2O service comprises the stages of: receiving the information related to the O2O service request initiated by the customer; using the alcohol consumption prediction model, determining the probability that the customer has consumed alcohol; if the probability exceeds the predetermined threshold, receiving the information related to the customer and determining, whether the customer has consumed alcohol; in case of confirmation that the customer has consumed alcohol, sending a notification to the provider about the fact that the customer has consumed alcohol.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of identification of intoxicated customers, followed by alerting the providers.
