SUBSTANCE: when a subscriber connects to the network, said subscriber is identified in a subscriber data base or said subscriber is registered, a request signal on the subscriber is sent to the subscriber profile data base and access rights of the subscriber to receiving the measured advertising are verified, after which a request signal is generated to the advertising message data base, and a module, which corresponds to the module of the subscriber profile data base, is extracted from the advertising message data base. The subscriber is then sent a signal for displaying the advertising message, and the advertising message is displayed in the period when the subscriber waits for response of the evoked multimedia service while recording the period of time the advertising message is displayed, upon exceeding of which bonuses are calculated and credited to the account of the subscriber. The information and communication networks used are NGN, 3G, LTE networks with IMS-based switching equipment.
EFFECT: possibility of generating and delivering measured advertising or information to a subscriber identified in a system, in real time when the subscriber waits for a multimedia service, as well as monitoring the time for displaying measured advertising for the identified subscriber.
