SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for field preparation of natural gas and can be used in the gas industry. The invention relates to a complex gas treatment plant of variable flow rate, including a cooling unit located on the raw natural gas line and a separator connected to the demethanizer by a separation gas supply line with a reducing device, while the bottom of the demethanizer is connected by a demethanized condensate supply line to a fractionation unit equipped with hydrocarbon fraction output lines and equipped with a heater, and the top of the demethanizer is connected by a prepared natural gas line to a cooling unit. As a separator, there is an input separator connected to the fractionation unit by a separation residue supply line, as a cooling unit, a recuperative heat exchanger, and as a reducing device, an expander is installed, while the separation gas supply line after the input separator is divided into two lines, the first line is equipped with a demethanizer bottom heater and after the recuperative heat exchanger is connected to the second line, on which the recuperative heat exchanger is located. The fractionation unit is equipped with a cooling machine connected to the expander and is connected by a methane-containing gas supply line to the prepared natural gas line before or after the recuperative heat exchanger. The line of prepared natural gas after the demethanizer is adjacent to the line of selection of a part of the prepared natural gas as process gas, on which there is a booster compressor connected to the expander.
EFFECT: increased yield of heavy gas components and ensuring uniform loading of the plant with raw materials.
