FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for field processing of natural gas with simultaneous production of liquefied natural gas and can be used in the gas industry. An installation is proposed that includes separators 1-4, heat exchangers 5 and 6, a refrigerator 7, expanders 8 and 9 connected to compressors 10 and 11, respectively, a demethanizer 12 with a heater, reducing devices 13 and 14, as well as fractionation 15 and gas drying and purification 16 blocks. During the operation of the installation, raw natural gas is divided into condensate supplied to block 15 and gas, which is divided into three streams. The first stream is cooled in the heater of the demethanizer 12, mixed with the second stream cooled in the heat exchanger 5, divided into condensate and gas, which is reduced and divided into condensate and prepared natural gas, the condensates are reduced and fed to the demethanizer 12. The third stream is cooled in a heat exchanger 5, compressed by a compressor 10 and sent to the absorbing layer. Methane-containing gas is removed from the top of the demethanizer 12, and demethanized condensate is supplied from the bottom to the block 15, from which waste gas and products in a given assortment are removed. A part is taken from the processed natural gas as a refrigerant, heated in the heat exchanger 5, then another part is taken as production gas, mixed with waste and methane-containing gases and removed. The production gas is compressed, purified from carbon dioxide and dried in block 16, cooled in heat exchanger 6, reduced in expander 9 connected to compressor 11, and separated in separator 4 into LNG and fuel gas removed from the installation after heating in heat exchanger 6.

EFFECT: increase in the output of gas condensate.
