SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheet materials, particularly, to stacked napkins. Invention aims at developing limiter decreasing or eliminating excess consumption of sheet material. Said limiter is arranged in stacked napkin dispenser. It comprises casing arranged to generate pressure to stacked sheets top edges in said dispenser. Note here that said casing comprises front part with narrow perimetre with opening arranged therein. Said opening makes gripping/pushing zone, and rear part with significant weight, compared with front part, to generate pressure on top sheet located on stack top surface, thus, limiting top sheet and next sheet displacement. Said part has opening to allow the next sheet to move when top sheet is dispensed from dispenser.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced costs.
