FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of detecting and destroying mobile enemy’s underwater objects. The underwater projectile contains a warhead, an explosive device and a trajectory correction system with a hydroacoustic receiving-emitting antenna, an electronic signal processing unit and a steering device, a detachable tail compartment with a separation device located in it, a parachute, a float with a non-return valve and a flexible connection of the float with the projectile. Additionally, the underwater projectile contains a transceiver radio device with a current source, a cable and a transceiver antenna, and a detachable bow compartment with a coil, a cable with hydrophones and a compartment attachment unit to the projectile body. Also, the underwater projectile is equipped with a power plant and a propulsion system. The projectile illuminates the underwater situation and hits a detected mobile underwater target.
EFFECT: extension of the arsenal of underwater weapons.
