FIELD: liquids dispensing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dispensing liquids, namely to dispensers with dose metering control according to the level of liquid in a container, and can be used to automate the processes of packaging technical liquids, including low-foaming household chemicals, perfumery, paint and varnish products, etc. The pneumatic dispenser contains a container filling unit (1) with an air tube (17) (a sensitive element of the level sensor) and a drain tube (16) communicating through a shut-off element with the liquid supply line to the container, and a control device (2). The container filling unit (1) additionally contains a touch trigger pneumatic button (3) for the "Dosing" operation, a two-input pneumatic cylinder (7) installed in a vertical position with a command input "Z+" (moving down) to the upper chamber (8), with a command input "Z-" (moving up) into the lower chamber (9) through a constant throttle (10) installed in front of it (glass capillary with an inner diameter of 0.5 mm) and with a plate (13) rigidly fixed to the pneumatic cylinder rod, which has mounting holes (14 and (15) for installing drain (16) and air pipes (17). The shut-off element is a pneumatic valve (4) in the form of a ball valve with a two-way pneumatic actuator with positive "Z+" ("valve open") and negative "Z-" ("valve close") command inputs. The control device (2) is connected to the technological elements of the container filling unit with impulse pipes through the fittings "1" and "4" of the external connections. The sensor triggering pneumatic button (3) and the air tube (17) are connected, respectively, to the fittings "1" and "2". The command inputs "Z+" of the pneumatic valve (4) and the pneumatic cylinder (7) are combined and connected to the nozzle "3", and their command inputs "Z-" are combined and connected to the nozzle "4" of the external connections of the control device (2).

EFFECT: increasing the dosing accuracy by increasing the sensitivity of the air tube and the gain of the level sensor, as well as simplifying the design and increasing the versatility of the sensing element of the level sensor and the container filling unit as a whole in relation to its standard sizes and physicochemical properties of the dosed liquid.
