SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of preparation and dispensing of multicomponent liquid compositions, for example, liquid compositions used in the production of multilayer glass units, in the petrochemical industry in the manufacture of commercial oil products, and can also be used at enterprises of chemical, food, paint and varnish, perfume and other industries for automation of technological processes of mixing liquid components in the required ratio and dosed supply of their mixture into the container of the finished product. Device for mixing and dispensing liquid components in a given ratio comprises a mixing and dispensing unit, including a mixing tank, equipped with components input branch pipes, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the shutoff elements on lines 1, 2, …n their transportation into a mixing tank, and a control unit, characterized in that in the outlet holes of the components inlet pipes, excluding the branch pipe of the main (first) component with the highest flow rate, throttle orifices with holes of different inner diameters are mounted, which serve for rough adjustment of a given flow rate ratio, and mixing and dosing unit additionally contains closed supply tanks with dosing components, equipped with fluid intake tubes (feed tubes), communicating with inlets of shutoff elements, bubbling tubes with output channels for measuring full pressures (II1, P2, …Pn) at inlets to feed tubes and pressure feed lines p1, p2, …pn of compressed air, wherein shutoff elements are pneumatic valves in the form of ball valves with two-way pneumatic actuator with positive "Z+" ("valve open") and negative "Z-" ("valve close") command inputs, and the control unit is connected to the command inputs of the pneumatic valves and the service tanks by means of pulse tubes through unions "1–4" of external connections, wherein the inputs "Z+" are combined and connected to the nozzle "1", the inputs "Z-" are combined and connected to the nozzle "2", outputs P1, P2, …Pn bubbling tubes - to nozzles "3", and pressure supply lines p1, p2, …pn of compressed air - to nozzles "4" of external connections of control unit.
EFFECT: simplification of components flow stabilization systems equipment composition and provision of possibility to maintain their specified ratio in wide range of variation, as well as improved quality of mixing of components and expansion of functional capabilities of device due to implementation of operations of batch dosing of finished product.
