FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering, and in particular to a method for eliminating leaks and increased filtration of ground hydraulic structures. First of all, measures are taken to reduce the velocities of the filtration flow, thereby reducing the pressure gradient. For these purposes, resins are used, which, upon contact with water, foam, increase in size and in a short time freeze in cavities and cracks in the rock. The rate of solidification of the resins is controlled. A continuous curtain of resin injected into the rock, made in one or several stages in front of the grout curtain, will make it possible to guarantee the grout curtain, while allowing the grout to uniformly fill cracks and voids, and not be washed out by the filtration flow.
EFFECT: exclusion of washing out of cement slurries at significant speeds of water movement in fractured and highly fractured rocks.
