SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for transmitting a two-position manipulation (OOK) signal, which comprises an on-waveform and an off-waveform forming a pattern representing the information to be transmitted. To achieve the effect, it is envisaged to obtain a basic waveform in the modulating frequency band; scrambling the baseband waveform in the modulating frequency band by applying a first binary randomized sequence in which one of the binary values causes conversion to a complex conjugate number; modulating the information to be transmitted by applying a scrambled baseband waveform in the modulating frequency band for the on-waveform and not applying a waveform for the off-waveform; and transmission of modulated information.

EFFECT: invention provides PSD smoothing capabilities by randomly applying complex conjugate.
