FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery; it can be used for the reconstruction of phalanges of fingers of the hand in children. Above a crest of the iliac bone, a skin-fascial tubular flap is formed on one feeding tissue leg, and it is sewn to a stump of a phalange. After the flap is implanted, a bone graft is taken on a feeding muscle leg, which is carried through a tunnel in the skin-fascial flap and installed on it. After consolidation of the bone graft with the stump of the phalange, the feeding leg of the flap is cut off from the anterior abdominal wall.
EFFECT: method allows one to preserve the postoperative growth potency of the restored phalange of the finger of the hand during the development of the child's body, the anatomical and functional correspondence of the operated finger of the hand to the healthy side during growth due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
