FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for displacement of metacarpal bone stump resulting from deep hand burning. Rough scars are dissected on back and palm hand surface with leaving thin scar layer on metacarpal bone. On abdomen skin-fascial-fat flap on temporary feeding pedicle is cut out. Formed defect of palm tissues is replaced with skin-fascial-fat flap. After revascularisation of bone begins, disarticulation of metacarpal bone in ulna-metacarpal joint is performed and it is moved onto radial edge of hand on equal back and palm feeding pedicles, formed from transplanted flap, with length-width ratio 2:1, with preservation of longitudinally oriented vessels of skin-fat flap. Displaced metacarpal bone is fixed by pins.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of necrosis and resorption of transplant bone frame.
