FIELD: railway engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway rolling stock, in particular to three-axle trolleys of high-speed freight cars with a cradle suspension. The cross beam is located in the middle of the trolley frame and is attached to it by cradle suspensions. The movement of the beam is limited by thrust springs. The springs of the axle box suspension are centered from below along the guide inserts in the axle box body, and from above along the guide supports with a movable support of the outer spring. The longitudinal balancers combine the guide supports of the sets of box springs located between the wheel pairs. The springs located outside the bodies of the extreme boxes are mounted on elongated brackets. Sets of box springs are made with the possibility of sequential perception of vertical load. Support plates for sliders are fixed on the middle part of the longitudinal beams of the frame.
EFFECT: invention reduces the level of dynamic impact of high-speed freight cars on the rail track.
