SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a dispenser for the release of a drink and to a tap that controls the release of a drink and is connected to a dispenser for the release of a drink. The purpose of the invention is to create a dispenser or a similar device that takes up less space during storage than the known devices of this type. According to the first aspect of the present invention, a beverage dispenser is proposed containing a tap that controls the release of the beverage, a lever connected to the rotating shaft of the tap, a rotary valve connected to the rotating shaft and having a rotating internal space, rotating together with the rotating shaft, and a fixed valve fixed to the body of the tap and having a fixed hole that does not move even when the rotating shaft is rotated, while the dispenser releases the drink when the lever is turned to the position, in which the positions of the rotating internal space and the fixed opening overlap, and the faucet locks the fixed valve in the first position or in the second position different from the first position.

EFFECT: extension of the range of drink dosing equipment.
