Ash soil for road construction includes Portland cement, ash-slag mixture, soil and water. In the ash and slag mixture, the content of calcium oxide is no more than 10, wt. %, and as a soil, coarse gravel soil with light loam or sand is used with the following ratio of components, wt. %: specified soil 75.20, ash-slag mixture 18.8, Portland cement 6.00, water 13.26 by weight of dry soil.

EFFECT: preparation of a composition for the construction of the foundation of highways with high performance properties, namely with increased and uniform stability of the roadway during operation, as a result of which a long-term increase in the strength of the composition over time is ensured.
