FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used to prevent formation of condensate in the pipe of a collective chimney. The chimney pipe of an apartment building includes sections connected sequentially, is coupled with individual apartment smoke exhaust chutes, wherein said pipe is equipped with a heating cable with a protective shield fixed in the upper part thereof using a bandage, is protected by thermal insulation, and equipped with temperature sensors installed linearly on the inner surface along the axis thereof, connected to the power supply system and to the automatic control system. In the automatic control system, the output of the setpoint adjuster of the required temperature value of the first section is connected with the direct input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the input of the temperature value controller of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the beginning of the heating cable of the first section, wherein the end of the heating cable of the first section is connected with the direct input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value via interchannel communication of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the input of the chimney temperature sensor of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the inverse input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value of the first section, the output of the unit of impact of the second section on the first section is connected with the inverse input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value via the interchannel communication of the first section. The output of the setpoint adjuster of the required temperature value of the first section is connected with the direct input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the input of the temperature value controller of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the beginning of the heating cable of the first section, wherein the end of the heating cable of the first section is connected with the direct input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value via interchannel communication of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the input of the chimney temperature sensor of the first section, the output whereof is connected with the inverse input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value of the first section, the output of the unit of impact of the second section on the first section is connected with the inverse input of the apparatus for comparing the temperature value via the interchannel communication of the first section.
EFFECT: maintained preset value of the temperature of the inner surface of the collective chimney pipe, prevented formation of condensate in the pipe and extended operational life thereof.
