FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises gas instruments, gas consumption counters, gas content sensors, sensors of volume flow of air, oxygen, scaling and differential amplifiers, comparators, digital to analogue converters, setters of the minimum value of volume air flow, a setter of the value of permissible imbalance, a summator of gas flow, time delay units, gas supply cutoff valves, "OR" elements, a cellular communication modem and apartment radio modems with a set of information inputs and outputs.
EFFECT: higher safety of natural gas use in apartment blocks by continuous remote monitoring of balances of gas flows leaks and combustion products with automatic or remote stop of gas supply in case of impermissible violations in operation of gas equipment.
