FIELD: building control and monitoring
SUBSTANCE: system for monitoring the controlled environment suitable for multi-touch interaction with a user contains multiprotocol control unit (2) equipped with one internal wireless modem (16), power source connector (71), microprocessor unit (15), RAM means (13), software memory means (12) and data memory means (14), modem, modem router (30), which is external relatively to control unit (2) and functionally connected to it. In addition, system (1) also contains sensor means, which are internal relatively to control unit (2), set of executive means (20), which are external relatively to control unit (2), and sensor means, which are external relatively to control unit (2). Sensor means, which are internal relatively to control unit (2), detect the value of the controlled environment, sensor means (10, 11), which are external relatively to control unit (2) and functionally connected to control unit (2), detect the second value of the controlled environment. The system contains computer means made inside control unit (2) equipped with software (80) for processing the probability coefficient of the user’s presence in the controlled environment based on the first and second values detected by internal sensor means (3, 4, 5, 6) and external sensor means (10, 11) and for processing them to obtain an environment parameter related to the condition of the controlled environment and send a command to the executive means, which are internal relatively to control unit (2), and to corresponding external executive means (20) for a sensory feedback message concerning one or more conditions of the specified controlled environment to the user.
EFFECT: ensuring that the information flow is transmitted to the user only in the presence of the user in the building by checking the presence of the user in the building using physical sensors and the user himself, considered as the information source.
