FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to instrumentation and can be used for design, testing and diagnostics of automatic regulation and control units for automatic control systems of complex technical objects, for example, gas turbine engines. A mobile stand for testing automatic control and monitoring units for a complex technical object contains an electronic regulator, simulators of executive mechanisms with digital modules, a software and hardware simulator of a complex technical object with a mathematical model, sensor simulators, a block for simulating breaks and short circuits of communication lines with the provision of work in real time, while the stand is made in the constructive host computer with a module for connecting the interface part, which performs the functions of a supervisor of all processes, includes a unit with special software that generates and launches software tests, an information and diagnostic complex (IDC) that stores and visualizes data on the automatic control system response complex technical object for test influences, and the interface part in the form of a block of heterogeneous modules based on DSP microcontrollers, VLIW microcontrollers, programmable systems on a chip - SoC and programmable logic integrated circuits - PLIC.
EFFECT: improving the manufacturability of the design and testing processes of automatic regulation and control units, as well as improving the quality and reliability of the automatic control system by searching, identifying defects and preventing errors in the operation of the automatic control system.
