SUBSTANCE: automated control system information control system (ACS ICS) for preparation of propulsion systems (PPS) and process equipment (PE) of space rockets (SR) within technical and launching complexes (TC and LC) includes operators automated workstations (AWS), a communication control and switching unit (CCSU) with local area network switching devices (LAN SD), a universal time system communication gateway (UTCG), input/output units of measurement information and control signals (IOUI), a general use indicator panel (GUIP), units of cable connections (UCC), sensors and actuating mechanisms connection units (SCU), four bidirectional data buses, SU actuators interconnected in a certain manner. IOUI contain a discrete data input unit (DDU), analogue-to-digital and digital-to-analogue converters (ADC and DAC), a control signals generator (CSG), a device of the primary power supply (DPPS), units of controlled secondary power supply (UCSPS), the unit microcontroller (UMC), data transmission via the bidirectional buses control drivers (DTCD), control circuits integrity controller (CIC). CCSU contains a database of process information (DBPI), an information exchange control system (IECS), a device for control over the user AWS and the technological process (AWS/TP CD).
