FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to road structures: sites, dams, roads, runways, including roads and railways, erected in the zones of distribution of seasonally freezing and permafrost rocks of soil structures in flooded areas, highly deformable foundations. The auto-road contains an unpaved subgrade, an underlying layer, a reinforced bearing layer placed on it, shoulders with an air and culvert of channel type, slopes with drainage ditches. The load-bearing layer is reinforced with a two-tier power deck. Each deck tier is made of non-removable modular elements that are connected to each other. The profile of each modular element in section is made in the form of an open trapezoid containing a closed base and an open base with flanges, by means of which the modular elements are connected to each tier of the power deck. The lower tier of the power deck is laid on the underlying layer with a closed base with the formation of caissons. Between the caissons with a closed base upward, the upper tier of the power deck is installed with the formation of voids between the tiers of the power deck and with the formation of additional caissons for placing the reinforcement cages. The power deck is located from the axis of the road in both directions at an angle of 3-15% and is brought out to the side of the road. The upper tier of the power deck is installed with an overlap above the lower tier of the power deck and is a protective canopy.
EFFECT: increasing the bearing capacity and operational reliability of the auto-road while reducing its material consumption, labor intensity, as well as increasing the durability.
