FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: road contains a soil subgrade, an underlying layer, a reinforced carrier layer placed on it, roadsides with an air and water outlet channel, slopes with drainage ditches, in which the carrier layer is reinforced with a two-tier structural decking, in which each tier is made of non-removable modular elements that are connected to each other, the profile of each modular element in the cross-section is made in the form of an open trapezoid containing a closed base and an open base with flanges, through which the modular elements are connected to each tier of the structural decking, the lower tier of the structural decking is laid on the underlying layer with a closed base forming cofferdams, and, between the cofferdams installed with a closed base up, the upper tier of the structural decking is installed forming voids between the tiers of the structural decking and forming additional cofferdams for placing reinforcing frames, and the structural decking is placed both sides of the road axis at an angle of 3-15% and is brought out of the roadside, and the upper tier of the structural decking is installed with an overlap over the lower tier of the structural decking and is a protective canopy, while the road on mountain slopes additionally contains a gabion to protect the roadway from rockfall and landslides from the rocks, which includes a metal mesh frame filled with stones, rounded or oval-shaped stones laid in the lower layer and angular stones in the form of torn stones laid in the upper layer, a protective buffer made of reinforced concrete is placed between the lower edge of the slope and the gabion, in which pairs of automobile tires protruding 1/3 from the reinforced concrete mixture are placed, the protective buffer is placed in the trench, the upper surface of the reinforced concrete base is level with the road, there is a second protective buffer on the dividing lane made of reinforced concrete, in which pairs of car tires are fixed, protruding 1/3 from the reinforced concrete mixture, the second protective buffer is also placed in the trench, and the upper surface of the reinforced concrete base is also level with the road.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity and operational reliability of the road, increased durability.
