FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to devices for sectioning and power transmission redundancy. A multi-contact switching system with four power contact groups connected in a bridge circuit contains four output switching elements of manual control, four switching elements of remote control, four control units of switching elements of remote control, a unit for receiving and transmitting data, a control unit for a multi-contact switching system, an uninterruptible power supply, four surge suppressors. The proposed device has increased reliability and functionality due to the provision of uninterruptible power supply to its nodes by including an uninterruptible power supply unit in its circuit, as well as simplification of the device circuit due to the performance of most of the functions by a single control unit of a multi-contact switching system.
EFFECT: implementation of the switching function, protection of the electrical network and elements of the multicontact switching system from emergency modes of operation and switching and atmospheric overvoltages, electricity metering, power quality control, voltage control in three-phase current distribution networks, the possibility of independent control of four power contact groups connected by a bridge circuit, implementation of sectioning and redundancy of four power networks, ensuring uninterrupted power supply of the nodes of the multicontact switching system from the uninterruptible power supply unit when power lines are disconnected.
