SUBSTANCE: described technical result is achieved by the fact that the I-beam closed formed profile with cavettos for shelves includes two elements, C-shaped in cross-section, wherein each element consists of a solid or perforated vertical wall and two cavettos, as well as two elements shaped as a channel, the walls whereof are in contact with adjacent cavettos and the edges of shelves thereof and the edges of the cavettos, made toothed, are connected with a form fit, forming the upper and lower shelves of the I-beam profile together with the cavettos. The cuts of the perforated adjacent walls of the C-shaped elements along the entire perimeter are made with toothed edges for form-fit connection. The radius of the cavettos is a quarter of the width of the shelf of the profile, the height of the cuts of the perforated wall equals 0.8703 of the height of the profile at a ratio of the width of the profile to the height thereof of 1/3.857, and the ratio of the width of the profile to the height thereof in the absence of perforation in the wall is 1/9.003.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed solution is the sufficient local and general stability of I-beam closed formed profiles from the plane and in the plane of the supporting structure, an increase in the rigidity, a reduction in hardening of metal and concentration of stresses, an expansion in the scope of rational application, as well as a reduction in the additional costs and consumption of the structural material.
