FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building, namely to profiled timber. The profiled timber is made with profiled surfaces of the sides of the shaped cross-section, wherein one side is made for attachment and placement of finishing reinforcing inserts. The side of the timber oriented into the room is made in the form of a protruding shaped profile, the other side, for outward orientation, is made in the form of an internal angular profile, with an upper and a lower longitudinal inclined planes inclined inward, forming acute angles with the planes of the top and bottom of the construction timber, wherein a slot groove is formed by the extension of the lower longitudinal plane inward along the entire length thereof for introduction and attachment of finishing reinforcing inserts.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in increasing the durability of timber.
