FIELD: ventilation emissions cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cleaning ventilation emissions and flue gases from solid fractions of various sizes and can be used in gas cleaning processes for metallurgical, machine-building, chemical and other industries. The electrostatic cyclone dust collector includes a vertical cylindrical body with a conical part, an inlet pipe installed tangentially in the upper part of the body, an exhaust pipe installed axisymmetrically with a cylindrical body on the cover. An electrostatic filter is placed at the exit of the cyclone. The exhaust pipe consists of an axisymmetric lower part, which is a tubular collecting electrode of a wavy shape, and an upper part, which is a tubular collecting electrode of a cylindrical shape, the diameter of which is two and a half times the average diameter of the lower part.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by reducing the secondary entrainment of dust due to a change in the design of the exhaust pipe, which is at the same time a tubular collecting electrode, and an increase in its diameter.
