The effect is achieved in that the device for cooling plastic-frozen soils includes a housing filled with a two-phase refrigerant and a condenser part, while the casing is installed on the condenser part through the mounting hole, which is made in its lower part, and fixed with a lock, while in outlet holes are cut out in the lower part of the casing, a mounting hole is made in the side surface of the upper part of the casing, into which the casing inlet pipe is installed and secured with a lock, the vortex tube is removably connected to the casing inlet pipe, and the compressor is removably connected through a flexible hose to witness.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the device by stimulating the operation of the device at positive air temperatures.
