FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cooling and freezing of soils used in erection of buildings and structures on permafrost soils. Soil thermal stabilizer with underground version of condenser part consists of vertical evaporation sections of large deepening, allowing to perform efficient cooling of high-temperature soils in non-flowing permafrost conditions, connected by means of sealed welded joint with T-shaped section of coolant transport line, connected by means of tight welded joint with rigid metal cylindrical housing. Coolant transport line sections are combined into an underground section of the device with condenser sections, which are radiator plates for condensation of coolant, welded to coolant transport line, wherein the capacitor part is fixed in a rigid metal cylindrical housing by a splined joint. Underground section is attached to the inlet and outlet sections by means of sealed welded joints of the sections of the coolant transport line and sealed threaded joints, which are a metal pipe, with a coolant transport line inside, connected by threaded connections to Schroeder valves, rigidly fixed with inspection platforms welded from the inside and located in the inlet and outlet sections of the metal pipe at the same level relative to the ground surface, which are accessed through a process hole in the housing. Housing of the inlet section is equipped with a slide gate valve and a protective grid, and a turbo deflector is welded at the outlet of the outlet section. All parts of the soil heat stabilizer, which have contact with the environment or soil, are made in anticorrosion design. Inlet and outlet sections are located at different levels to form a constant air flow.

EFFECT: providing mechanical safety of foundations of buildings and structures located in zones of permafrost soils propagation.
