SUBSTANCE: device is claimed for the formation of horizontal wells in the ground and for moving cable or pipes along the well. The device for the formation of horizontal wells in the ground and for moving cable or pipes along the wells includes a housing, a feed mechanism in the form of a hydraulic cylinder. Spacer levers with stops are made in the form of hydraulic jacks. The housing consists of the front and rear blocks, fixed respectively on the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and on the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder. On the front block there is a conical tip, the base of which protrudes beyond the edges of the housing, and a hydraulic jack with a piston, spacer levers and stops.
