FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the mining industry, namely to the complex enrichment of minerals, in particular gold, other precious metals and associated mineral complexes of non-ferrous and rare metals. According to the method, two-stage screening is carried out to obtain large, medium and small fractions, the said small fraction is subjected to magnetic separation. Then they are classified and concentrated on a high-frequency jigging machine, the sublattice product of the said jigging machine is classified and deslimed by means of airlift classifiers, after which it is separately enriched on tables to isolate the “golden head”, industrial products and dump tails. A complex enrichment line containing concentration tables for the enrichment of sand and fine-sand fractions, an airlift classifier made with the possibility of separating sand and fine-sand fractions, and feeding them to concentration tables for the enrichment of sand and fine-sand fractions, respectively, is also claimed. A vibrating screen made with the possibility of a ball mill, a high-frequency jigging machine made with the possibility of feeding a superlattice product into a ball mill, and a sublattice product into an airlift classifier defiberizer, a magnetic separator whose output for a non-magnetic fraction is connected to the input of a high-frequency jigging machine, an electrodynamic separator, a scrubber screen.
EFFECT: achieving high rates of enrichment of placers and/or technogenic sources containing gold and precious metals with the possibility of associated extraction of mineral complexes containing W, Sn, Ti, Zr, rare earth elements, Hg.
